Tomer  is the CEO and chief scientist of 3MI Labs. Previously he was an assistant professor at TU/e and head of support at Safend.

Tomer obtained a Bechelor's degree in Management and Computer Science from the Open Universirty in Israel; a Master's degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Haifa; and a Phd in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven. His thesis was about Cryptanalysis of Symmetric-key Primitives.

Akash  joined 3MI Labs in November 2022 with a goal of utilizing the knowledge he gained during his studies in order to help companies innovate and branch out into the world of blockchains.

In his current role as the Head of Research, Akash's mission is to empower visionary minds and disruptive ideas that transform the Web3 space. He helps our clients by translating their business requirements into technical ones, and translates these technical requirements into secure and distributed protocol designs.

A chemist by education, Kathy  joined 3MI Labs in June 2023 after a successful international career as a material scientist.

In her role as the COO she uses her expertise to bridge the gap between customer needs and the company's expertise. Kathy oversees the development, planning, and implementation of business strategies that catalyse the company's growth and continued success.

Cyprien joined 3MI Labs in June 2023 as a Research Engineer in parallel with his academic cryptography research work.

Since obtaining his PhD in 2021, Cyprien focusses on improving advanced cryptography protocols like multiparty computation and zero-knowledge proofs and their provable security.

Following his double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics focussed on Cryptology, Algorithms, and Optimization, Erik joined the 3MI Labs team in February, 2024.

As a Proof of Concept Engineer, Erik applies his extensive knowledge to validate protocol designs, guaranteeing our clients receive a tangible solution that seamlessly integrates with their requirements.

Amit joined 3MI Labs in April 2024 as a Research Engineer, simultaneously pursuing his academic research in cryptography.

He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, attained in 2019. Currently, he is a PhD researcher specializing in Applied Cryptography and Provable Security at KU Leuven.

At 3MI, Amit's role entails designing and analyzing advanced cryptographic primitives, including algebraic hash functions and authenticated encryption, with a focus on provable security and enhanced efficiency. These efforts are geared towards addressing real-world challenges, for instance in the realm of Web3.
