Founders
Akash joined 3MI Labs in November 2022, applying his PhD research to help companies build with blockchain and cryptographic systems. After serving as the CTO of 3MI Labs, he co-founded 4Mica.
Mairon joined 3MI Labs in 2024 after completing his PhD in cryptography at TU Eindhoven, where his research focused on designing and analyzing symmetric-key primitives for advanced protocols. His work spans the theoretical and practical sides of cryptography, building secure and efficient primitives. He is now the co-founder and CTO of 4Mica.
