Tomer Ashur

Dr. Tomer Ashur

CEO & Chief Scientist

Tomer is the CEO and Chief Scientist of 3MI Labs. He was previously an assistant professor at TU Eindhoven before founding 3MI. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, where his work in Vincent Rijmen’s group focused on the cryptanalysis of symmetric-key primitives. He also holds an MSc (magna cum laude) from the University of Haifa and a BSc in Management and Computer Science from the Open University of Israel.

Cyprien Delpech de Saint Guilhem

Dr. Cyprien Delpech de Saint Guilhem

Head of Research

Cyprien joined 3MI Labs in June 2023 as a Research Scientist in parallel with his academic cryptography research. Since earning his PhD in 2021, Cyprien has worked on advanced cryptographic protocols — multiparty computation and zero-knowledge proofs — and their provable security. He serves as 3MI’s Head of Research, contributing to and supervising the day-to-day work of the research team.

Amit Singh Bhati

Dr. Amit Singh Bhati

Research Scientist

Amit joined 3MI Labs in April 2024 as a Research Scientist, simultaneously pursuing his academic research in cryptography. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, attained in 2019. He completed his PhD at COSIC (KU Leuven), specializing in applied cryptography and provable security. At 3MI, Amit’s work entails designing and analyzing advanced cryptographic primitives, including algebraic hash functions and authenticated encryption, with a focus on provable security and efficiency. This work is aimed at real-world deployment, including Web3 systems.

Robin Jadoul

Dr. Robin Jadoul

Cryptography Engineer

Robin holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Antwerp and an MSc in Theoretical Computer Science from ETH Zürich, specializing in algorithms and cryptography. He completed his PhD in the COSIC research group under Nigel Smart, working on privacy-preserving protocols and computation on encrypted data. Robin works across the theory and practice of cryptography, taking protocols from formal design through to working, efficient implementations.

Erik Takke

Erik Takke, MSc

Transfer Engineer

Erik joined 3MI Labs in February 2024 after completing his MSc at TU Eindhoven, following a double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics with a focus on cryptology, algorithms, and optimization. As a transfer engineer, Erik validates protocol designs and turns them into production implementations that meet clients’ security and performance requirements.

Sundas Tariq

Sundas Tariq, MSc

Research Associate & PhD Candidate

Sundas is a PhD student at 3MI Labs, and COSIC - KU Leuven. She brings strong mathematical expertise, having earned her Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the Institute of Space Technology (IST) in Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2020. Currently, her research focuses on the mathematical foundations of Arithmetization-Oriented (AO) ciphers, symmetric cryptographic primitives (block ciphers and hash functions) designed to be highly efficient within advanced cryptographic protocols (e.g. ZK, MPC, FHE).
